Clarification on Scope of Problem Statements
I’ve been going through the problem statements under Blood Donation and Transfusion Management and Access to Care and Support Networks, and I had a quick question.
Are we expected to stick strictly to the sub-points listed (like connecting donors in real-time or predictive donor availability), or are those just examples to help guide our thinking?
Basically, is the problem statement open-ended enough that we can explore other related ideas, as long as they fit within the overall theme?
